How many secrets did our CEO share during the interview? 🔥 We counted at least three: 1️⃣ For eight years (which means since the beginning of Equiqo), our CTO has been working remotely! 2️⃣ At least once per month, we engage in dialogue with all developers. We are serious here – the whole team has the opportunity to meet with the CTO or HR. 🚀 3️⃣ By hiring only Equiqo-kind-of-guy, we have fostered a self-organizing community.
