    Check out our new City Flex in Poznan! We are starting construction of the 7R City Flex Poznań East I complex, a last-mile logistics facility. This modern warehouse of 9,800 m2 is located in the Franowo district of Poznań just 3.5 km from the A2. ✔ 7R City Flex are strategically located city logistics facilities that offer modular warehouse space, providing efficiency of last mile operations and easy access to city centres and key roads. ✔ Already 77% of the building's space has been leased. - The excellent urban location and easy access to public transport were key factors for the clients. The possibility to rent small modules, ideally tailored to the individual needs is the main asset of this warehouse. Currently, we have the last two modules of approximately 1,100 m2 free for lease - says Magdalena Kostjan, Business Development & Leasing Director at 7R. ✔ The modern façade with subdued colours fits perfectly into the urban landscape of the surroundings. It will be partly made of Fossil Free Steel, with virtually zero carbon emissions. ✔ The building will be equipped with an electric car charging station, which will support the development of electromobility and sustainable transport.

    Magdalena Kostjan our new Head of Leasing! 🎯 We are pleased to announce that Magdalena Kostjan has been promoted to the newly created position of Head of Leasing. We are sure that her extensive experience, strong managerial skills, and deep knowledge of our organization will contribute to achieving our ambitious leasing goals. - Magda has an excellent understanding of our company and the leasing team, which gives her a unique perspective on how we can optimize our operations and achieve even better results. This allows her to make quick and effective decisions that will bring value to the entire company.     Our new logistics park in top location!   We're thrilled to announce the launch of our latest project: 7R Park Gliwice, strategically located at the A1 and A4 motorway junction, right on the European route E40. This prime location near Gliwice, just 25 km from Katowice and 37 km from Katowice-Pyrzowice airport, offers excellent connectivity.   - 7R Park Gliwice will be one of the best locations in Poland for the logistics sector, including distribution companies. The first phase of the investment will offer approximately 40,000 high-quality warehouse space, which can be divided into smaller modules and adapted to the individual needs and expectations of tenants - says Magda Twarowska, Leasing Director at 7R.   The project is a joint venture with Quantum Development.

    We play so families can be together! 🏐 JLL Charity Real Estate Industry Beach Volleyball Tournament for over a decade has brought us together for a good cause. This year we are supporting the construction of the House at the Children's Memorial Health Centre in Warsaw. Providing assistance to the most seriously ill Ukrainian children, the building will be adapted to the needs of multi-generational patient families while meeting the highest technical and sanitary standards. Our team: Paulina Kozłowska, CCIM, Wiktoria Grzymała, Aleksandra Musik, Jędrzej Wośko, Milena Brudniak, Michał Wachowicz, Arkadiusz Seger played with heart and dedication.     Puls Biznesu published a case study featuring 7R Green Saver: “when low carbon pays off”. What are the key findings? 👉 The concept has met with great market interest. - In June, we commissioned the first building of this type in Kąty Wrocławskie and began construction of the second one in Przylesie. Each of them has been fully leased to global brands: 43k m2 of warehouse space to Yusen Logistics, and 13k m2 of production space to Eberspächer Group - says Michał Białas, Co-CEO of 7R. 👉 The tenants are increasingly taking action in the area of sustainability and they invest in green solutions. - We were looking for warehouse space at the highest level. Ecological solutions that allow us to take care of the environment are particularly important to us - confirms Marek Wieckowicz, Managing Director at Yusen Logistics. 👉 Both facilities have been designed to achieve BREEAM Outstanding which means meeting the highest standards in terms of sustainability. - The innovative solution in 7R Park Wrocław West II is an own batery storage unit, which will allow significant savings in the consumption of energy from non-renewable sources, thus reducing the carbon footprint. Heating is provided by highly energy-efficient heat pumps - explains Sławomir Dzięcioł, Senior Project Manager at Kajima Poland, the general contractor for the building.

    7R with new co-CEOs! Michał Białas and Christopher Zeuner have been appointed as co-CEOs of the 7R and will share the leadership equally. The co-management model marks a new chapter in the continued progress of 7R. Tomasz Lubowiecki, former CEO and co-founder of 7R, will take a position on the Supervisory Board. He also remains a minority shareholder in 7R: "I am pleased to hand over the reins to the management team - Chris and Michał, who will lead 7R into its next phase of progression. They are the perfect leadership duo to strengthen 7R's position in Poland and execute ambitious growth plans in the Czech Republic and other foreign markets." Michał Białas has held the role of Chief Business Development Officer at 7R and his responsibilities included developing the company, expanding the real estate portfolio, and overseeing leasing and marketing activities. As co-CEO, he will be responsible for departments: Business Development, Leasing, Land Acquisition, Construction & Sustainability and Marketing & Communications. Christopher Zeuner has so far served 7R as Chief Investment Officer and Member of the Board. His focus of responsibilities included group capital strategy, growth and expansion to other markets. As co-CEO, all other functions will report to him, including Capital Markets, Finance, People & Culture, Asset & Property Management, Legal & Compliance and International. Congratulations!

    New era of the warehousing sector is here! Today, together with Yusen Logistics (Europe) and ILG (International Logistics Group Ltd), our partners in green progress, we celebrated the grand opening of 7R PARK WROCŁAW WEST II, the first 7R Green Saver warehouse. Sustainability, collaboration, and expansion are the principles in navigating the future of logistics. This is what made this groundbreaking project possible. Thank you to our tenants and the local authorities; we wouldn’t have made it without your significant support. - The main reason for selecting Katy Wroclawskie is that we listen to our clients, who highlighted exactly what they need, and we were pleased to deliver it. - said Michał Białas, 7R. - In order to deliver such innovative buildings, we need to find the right partners who appreciate and support our efforts.     Second 7R Green Saver Construction Underway! 7R Green Saver is a warehouse characterised by its operational low carbon footprint and savings on running costs. The tenant of the BTS facility is a Polish branch of the Eberspächer Group – a global automotive supplier. The building will meet all the criteria of 7R Green Saver product line: ✔  Minimum of 50% reduction in operational CO2 emissions, ✔  and a 70% reduction in primary energy demand, compared to buildings constructed in accordance with Polish building regulations. ✔  Savings on operating costs for the tenant generated through energy-efficient solutions. ✔  Designed to achieve BREEAM certification at the highest level Outstanding. - We have implemented a number of technical adaptations, e.g. increased the lighting to 12.5%, improved the quality of ventilation, increased the insulation of walls and roof, applied heat pumps and a BMS system. The building will be equipped with an electric car charging station and ground-mounted photovoltaic panels - Magdalena Kostjan, Business Development and Leasing Director at 7R. - We chose 7R Park Przylesie because of the excellent location and the professional and highly personalised approach to the BTS production project, such as the internal divisions of the production hall for our processes.
