In collaboration with our implementing partner Rural Support Programmes Network (RSPN), PSI Pakistan recently conducted capacity-building trainings in Karachi and Islamabad, equipping over 150 field team members with essential knowledge and skills to elevate family planning services across communities. Our dedicated teams received in-depth training on sustainable family planning models, covering critical areas such as the DAFPAK project overview, strategies for identifying and mobilizing target communities, technical insights on family planning methods, conducting effective household visits, service delivery protocols, and efficient client data management. The PSI team also provided an ethics training session and an overview of the Business in a Box (BiB) model, laying the groundwork for ethical service delivery and fostering entrepreneurial growth. A major milestone was introducing our Viya Telehealth platform to the field teams and integrating it into the project activities, such as the BiB model. This powerful combination enhances healthcare access while supporting women through financial independence.
