    We’re Hiring HR Generalist in Dubai! We are looking for a dedicated professional to manage Recruitment, Administration, Employee engagement. If you are passionate about fostering a positive work environment, driving HR initiatives, and supporting our diverse team, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: * Handle recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews. * Support onboarding and training for new employees. * Administer employee benefit programs and maintain employee records. * Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts. * Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. * Conduct performance management and provide guidance on employee development. * Coordinate and participate in HR projects and initiatives. * Creating monthly HR Dashboard and analytics. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. * 2+ years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on generalist responsibilities. * Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency with Excel. * Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. * Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
