Jazz has launched its Large Language Models (LLM) Bootcamp, in collaboration with the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST). This initiative not only equips our teams with advanced AI and machine learning skills, but also paves the way for creating local versions of AI models tailored to Pakistan's unique landscape. As global models like ChatGPT have revolutionized the world, their effectiveness often falls short with our local languages due to a lack of nuanced understanding. Through this bootcamp, we aim to bridge this gap by developing Pakistan-specific Large Learning Models, ensuring that AI-driven innovations are accessible and relevant to everyone in our country. By unlocking the transformative potential of Large Language Models, we are empowering our teams to lead in the rapidly evolving digital landscape and continue our journey to improve the lives and livelihoods of Pakistanis.

On this Youth Day, we celebrate the immense potential and energy they bring —the true drivers of change and innovation. At Jazz, we believe that nurturing this potential is essential to building a brighter future for #Pakistan. Through initiatives like the Digital Pakistan Fellowship Program, where we equip students with digital skills to become storytellers for tech (21 months and running), the Jazz Summer Internship Program, offering hands-on experience to bridge the gap between education and employment, and the Associate Program, which develops future leaders through immersive learning and mentorship, we are committed to empowering the next generation with the skills and opportunities they need to lead and excel. Jazz puts its belief in the strength of our youth. By providing them with the tools to harness their talents and by fostering an environment of learning and growth, we’re not just investing in their future—we’re investing in the future of Pakistan. Our efforts align with SDG 4: Quality Education, which promotes Inclusive and Equitable Education, and SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth, which aims to create opportunities for all. By investing in these areas, we ensure that we enable the lives and livelihood of the Pakistani youth. #InternationalYouthDay #YouthEmpowerment #SustainableDevelopment #YouthLeadership
