It looks like the first one has but not the second: https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/g/mediawiki/extensions/WikimediaMessages/+/master/i18n/wikimediainterwikisearchresults/en.json#135 exists but https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Search-interwiki-results-iglwiki doesn't.

Yep and the deployment of the messages is not a hard requirement for the creation (it will happen by itself, usually within a week).

In that case, should that be removed from the checklist entirely (I mean, for future wiki-creation tasks)?
