Description

Steps to reproduce:

Go to any page with labels in more than one language
Click the [ n languages ] button in the About widget
Click on a language that has details: the details are loaded in the form
Click cancel
Click again the [ n languages ] button
Click [ add new language ] button
The fields still contain the information loaded previously

Observed behavior:

The fields still contain the information loaded previously

Expected behavior (Acceptance criteria):

The form should always be blank when adding a new language
