[ES-M2]: Add link to the Concept URI to the EntitySchema sidebar

Description

As a Wikidata reuser, I want to easily find the canonical URI for an EntitySchema in order to identify them as concepts.

This can only be completed once the canonical URI scheme has been developed in T225778

Example
The link to the Concept URI should be added to the EntitySchema sidebar, like how it is for Items, Properties and Lexemes:

e.g. the E10 URI should be:
http://www.wikidata.org/entity/E10

Acceptance Criteria:

  • A link to the Concept URI is added to the EntitySchema sidebar

Task breakdown notes:

The decision for what the URI should be has been made, but we’re still working on how it “works”, i.e. what happens when you follow that URI as a URL. We’ll probably wait with this task until we’ve made some more progress on the EntitySchema data type for statements. (Once this task is ready, it can go directly into the Todo/Backlog column – no subtasks needed.)
