Section Translation says "Your translation will be added to the article as a new section." about creating a new article

Description

I tried creating a new article by translating "Metabolism" from English to Yoruba. Before the last publish step, the message at the top was "Your translation will be added to the article as a new section."

I wouldn't expect this while creating a new article. I'd expect something like: "This will be the first section in the new article!"
