We received feedback from Vietnamese editors about the need to adjust the Content translation limits for unmodified translation.
Based on this community discussion, the initial step proposed is to adjust the thresholds to prevent publishing when the overall unmodified content is higher than 95% for Vietnamese.

After the adjustment, we'll observe the effects on the content created and the feedback we receive to do further adjustments if needed.
As a reference, the deletion ratios for last year (2019) were:

• Articles created with Content Translation: 5.4K; 126 were deleted (2.3%).
• Articles created from scratch: 37.8K; 12.2K were deleted (32.3%)
