Description

The style for <gallery> is added as normal module, not as a style module, that means it is not loaded for non-javascript users.

@Umherirrender You might wanna nominate this for a SWAT deploy, instead of having it on the normal deploy train...

Due to caching this can take up to 30 days to be in effect on every page using <gallery>, so I have no problem to take the train
