Only the top 800 companies globally were certified as Leading Employers after the Hamburg-based firm evaluated a total of 85,000 global companies and analyzed 7.9 million metadata gathered from global and web sources. The independent global study evaluated companies based on employer brand attractiveness, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practices, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors, innovation, overall employee well-being, and external talent communication and satisfaction reviews online, among others. Our CEHS apps streamline processes, making it efficient for our teams to report, assess, monitor, and respond to various EHS threats. Additionally, we utilize Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with UiPath software to enhance efficiency and accuracy in regulatory compliance of Self-Monitoring Reports (SMRs).
