Sara Ramirez

Sara Ramírez is a Mexican-American actor and singer. Ramírez first gained recognition for her performances in Broadway musicals like The Capeman (1998) and Spamalot (2005), for which she received the Tony Award for best performance by a featured actress in a musical. Ramírez is best known for portraying Callie Torres on the television drama series Grey's Anatomy from 2006 to 2016. Torres is the longest-running LGBT character in the history of American television. Ramírez is also known for voicing Queen Miranda in the animated television series Sofia the First (2012-2019) and appearing in the television series Madam Secretary (2017-2019) and And Just Like That... (2021-present)
