On Sunday, Sept. 15, the Criminal Minds star, 55, shared a candid post on X about how she's learned to embrace the natural aging process. "I’m discovering it’s okay I’m getting older naturally," she wrote in the post, alongside a casual, gray-toned selfie of herself with her hair pulled back. "That’s a tough choice in Hollywood." "I’m just glad I’m alive and have friends and family. I love the films & actors I love," she continued. "I saw a Batman at a party and he was OLDER, but I was smitten and excited just the same." One of the Friends alum's fans jokingly replied to the post, complimenting Brewster on her looks. "My [girlfriend] says you look like a sexy witch," they wrote, to which Brewster quipped back: "All I ever wanted was to be a sexy witch. It’s my bone structure. I thank you." Another fan shared their support for the actress and spoke about their own struggles with getting older. "Don't listen to anyone who says you are less than stunning. I realize that when I am able to shut out society's opinion on women getting older, I actually like the way I look better," they commented. "My gray hair, the smile lines in my face. We are beautiful, and don't you forget it." "Babe, you are where we all want to be. I salute and hug you," Brewster replied. ‘Criminal Minds’ Star Paget Brewster Admits She Has Been ‘Tempted’ to ‘Be Prettier’ with Cosmetic Surgery Paget Brewster in 2017. Earlier this summer, she opened up in another X post about how she has been ‘tempted’ to alter her appearance with injectables. “I’m pretty happy about how I look without cosmetic surgery but I also get tempted to ‘be prettier.’ Lip injections, Botox, but IDk if I could really do it,” she wrote in July. And I fear neck surgery," she added. "Maybe I want your support. I love you guys.” Brewster — known for her role as the third part of a love triangle on Friends between the characters Joey (Matt LeBlanc) and Chandler (Matthew Perry) — also previously said she had made an active choice not to use "injections or surgery" in an attempt to look younger. “It’s hard getting older and not doing injections or surgery but I choose that,” Brewster wrote on X in January 2023, alongside a photo of herself with a new, all-gray hairstyle. “I’m older," she wrote at the time, adding, "I’m still hard working, inquisitive and sexy.
