The “Selfish” singer, 43, was in the midst of a brief break on his Forget Tomorrow World Tour when he was booked on DWI charges in Sag Harbor, New York on Tuesday, June 18 — and a source tells PEOPLE that the star will play on. “It’s business as usual for him,” the insider says. “The tour is continuing as planned.” Timberlake last played a show in Miami on June 15, and will head to Chicago for concerts on June 21 and June 22. He also has performances scheduled in New York City on June 25 and June 26, and is scheduled to continue touring through December. The Grammy winner was charged with one count of driving while intoxicated and two citations, one for running a stop sign and one for failure to keep in lane, after leaving the American Hotel, where a source told PEOPLE he was "hanging out with friends." Sag Harbor Police Department “I had one martini and I followed my friends home,” he told his arresting officer upon being pulled over, according to his arrest report, which was obtained by PEOPLE. The report said that an officer saw Timberlake’s 2025 BMW drive through a stop sign and fail to keep on the right side of the road, and that the singer’s “eyes were bloodshot and glassy.” He was arrested and taken to Sag Harbor Police Headquarters to be processed, when he refused multiple times to take a chemical test, according to the report. He is currently awaiting full discovery from the DA’s office." Meanwhile, a second source previously told PEOPLE that Timberlake’s wife Jessica Biel was “not happy” about her husband’s arrest, but will “always be by his side.” The pair are parents to sons Silas, 9, and Phineas, 3½.
