Goktug Morcol

Göktuğ Morçöl is a professor of public policy and administration at Penn State Harrisburg. He earned his degrees from the Middle East Technical University Ankara, Turkey (B.S. in sociology and M.S. in political science and public administration) and Virginia Tech, Blacksburg, Va., USA (Ph.D. in public administration and policy).He has authored, edited, and co-edited the following books: (2014).
