Ana Navarro blasts Donald Trump for having ‘five children from three different mamas’
Ana Navarro continued criticizing former President Donald Trump and his personal life on Friday, specifically coming after his children’s mothers.
During the most recent episode of “The View,” the co-host brought up the “vile” remarks made by the former president and some members of the Republican Party about the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee, Vice President Kamala Harris, and her dating history.
“You guys want to make her dating history and her personal history an issue? Let’s do that, OK? Bring it on,” Navarro began on the ABC talk show.
“You want to talk about Donald Trump, who has five children from three different mamas?” Navarro said as audience members let out a gasp.
Navarro, 52, then invited viewers to think, “How would Kamala be treated if she was that?”
The former president, 78, shares three adult children –– sons Donald Jr., 46, and Eric, 40, and daughter Ivanka, 42 –– with his first ex-wife, late model Ivana Trump.
Donald and Ivana divorced in 1990 after he allegedly had an affair with his second wife, Marla Maples. Maples and Donald wed in 1993 and welcomed daughter Tiffany, 30, before they split in 1999.
The businessman found love again with Melania Trump when they met in 1998 and eventually tied the knot in 2005. They share one child, son Barron, 18, who graduated from high school earlier this summer.
For the most part, Barron has stayed out of the spotlight, while his siblings are frequently seen supporting their dad.
Several of his family members most recently put on a united front while attending the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee, Wis., to see their dad become the official GOP candidate for the 2024 election.
Ivanka and Tiffany matched in similar all-white outfits, while Melania went with a bolder red look when they sat in the audience to hear Donald’s 92-minute acceptance speech.
The political commentator’s latest remarks come after she posted a risqué photo of Melania, and pointed out that she has “never seen naked pics of @kamalaharris or her spouse.”
Navarro did so in response to people attacking Harris, 59, for her past relationships. She has been married to Douglas Emhoff since 2014, but before that, she dated television personality Montel Williams and Willie Brown, the former mayor of San Francisco.
The commotion seemed to begin when far-right activist Laura Loomer sent out a tweet claiming that Harris was “an escort” who “got her career started giving b–w jobs to successful, rich, black men?”
Harris has served as the vice president under President Biden since 2017, but she became the presumptive presidential nominee when he dropped out of the race on Sunday.
