This concentrated area of study prepares students wishing to enter a public sector financial management position or those seeking upward mobility in this career track.

Upon graduating, you will be eligible to sit for the national credentialing examination to become a Registered Health Information Administrator RHIA). Credentialed graduates hold positions in data management, finance, compliance, health record management, and other areas.

The Leading Organizational Change Certificate at Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations equips students to manage and lead organizational transformations. The curriculum includes a required course in Organizational Leadership & Change Management, plus three electives on topics like internal consulting, strategic change, and conflict resolution. While the program may be completed fully online, not all elective courses are available online.
