I'm really looking forward to moderating a session on the Gatwick Incident at the UAVNZ Conference on 18 November 2024. In the lead up to Christmas 2018 supposed drone sightings shut down Gatwick Airport on the busiest travelling days of the year. This event has been used as "evidence" for policy changes around the world, including here in New Zealand. The only problem is that there were no drones and officials are trying hard to keep this fact out of the public domain. In this session Ian Hudson will take us through his extensive investigations as he has sought to get to the truth behind the Gatwick Incident. His findings are so confronting to officialdom in the UK that bureaucrats have sought to have him barred from speaking at conferences there. #gatwickincident #BattleOfGatwick #gatwick #drone

We were saddened to hear that Ian Hudson was unable to speak at DroneX last month.
