Last week, ICMS Australasia hosted their 'Bringing the world back home' event at Te Pae Christchurch, marking one year since opening their first NZ office. The seminar delved into the intricacies of bidding for major international events and highlighted the significant positive impacts such events have on both a country and local scale. A Farmers Market themed lunch showcased some of our amazing local suppliers from the Canterbury region. This included Poaka pork products, Lumina lamb, Akaroa King Salmon and our Executive Chef desmond davies, who shared the stories behind the stunning desserts we created for this lunch event.
