This Tuesday, OnBoard had the pleasure of inviting our 2024 participants to an in-person workshop on Capital Raising, a topic that's close to our hearts. We had the pleasure of hearing from the New Zealand Trade and Enterprise team who provided valuable insights on the intricacies of preparing for a raise. Huge thanks to Dana O'Grady and Don Stanway for the excellent session. The DLA Piper team then led a stellar session covering the different investment mechanisms and legal duties of a director/observer. A big thank you to David Johnston, Steph McQuaid, and Mary McCartin.
