We’re excited to announce that construction has begun on a purpose-built Mondiale VGL distribution and container storage facility in the ASCEND Industrial Estate at Jandakot Airport, Western Australia - one of the busiest airfields in Australia. As part of our partnership with Healthy Heads in Trucks & Sheds, we welcomed the Road Show truck to our Banksmeadow site in Sydney yesterday. Our office, warehouse and transport teams were given freight industry tips for mental health and wellbeing, information on the Healthy Heads App, free coffee and healthy snacks and the chance to connect, chat and learn. Healthy Heads in Trucks & Sheds is a not-for-profit foundation that promotes the understanding of mental health and wellbeing in road transport, warehousing and logistics. The Healthy Heads Road Show travels Australia, reaching people across these industries to help reduce stigma, raise awareness and educate by connecting with people and providing useful industry-tailored resources. #mondialevgl #team #logistics

Prior to the acquisition, Mondiale VGL held a stake in Interunion and the two companies have partnered together since 2012. The acquisition was a logical next step for both parties and will enhance opportunities for the customers of both organisations to access more markets via high quality freight and logistics services both in Southeast Asia via Interunion’s network and globally with Mondiale VGL. Interunion operates in five rapidly growing markets in South-East Asia (Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam). The Interunion team, service offering and branch network will remain the same. The Interunion brand will be updated to reflect its status as a division of Mondiale VGL.
