🌎 Earth First Food Ventures has launched a new $10 million Series A funding round. 🥛 The investment will expand their portfolio in the #altdairy sector and launch a $50 million fund dedicated to ‘The Future of Dairy from Precision Fermentation’. The firm is a long-term partner of US alt-milk company Strive and has invested in #precisionfermentation start-up The EVERY Company.

"At Good Buzz our mission is to provide kiwis with a better for you beverage.  Our traditional methods paired with organic ingredients results in a range of Kombucha that is fizzing with flavour and bubbling with gut loving probiotics.    Our brews have been on the market for 10 Years, however, the Good Buzz has been brewing for many years prior. Our mother SCOBY once belonged to our founder Alex’s Grandmother, Amy, who started brewing what she called “Manchurian tea” in the sleepy town of Kaikohe back in 1974. Growing up with such a delicious drop Alex brought the recipe and vision to New Zealand and alongside the team evolved it into the range it is today.   Alongside our mission to promote wellness in NZ, it’s a core value to have our workplace enforcing sustainable business practices. Working with Ecogas has given us the solutions to keep our sustainability processes evolving as we grow. The new Taxation Bill proposes increasing the tax-exempt thresholds for employee share schemes, adjusting for inflation and providing a buffer against future inflation.
