Submissions on the Fast Track Approvals Bill, the Government’s proposed one stop shop for consenting projects with significant regional economic benefits, close next Friday 19 April. Applications to have projects included as listed projects in the Bill are now open and close on 3 May. A Fast Track Advisory Committee of business and infrastructure leaders has been appointed to consider the project applications between now and July.

The Fast Track Approvals Bill has been approved by Cabinet and will be sent to the Environment Committee for public submissions.
