We will deploy the Amazon Warrior to capture high-quality data covering an area of 6000 square kilometers, unlocking useful insights into the Suriname-Guyana basin. Shearwater is excited to announce a landmark deepwater OBN survey in West Africa! This project will utilise the SW Tasman’s combined seismic source and dual ROV Node capabilities, along with our Pearl technology, marking a significant milestone in the region. Exciting news! Shearwater has been awarded our second Angolan OBN survey by TotalEnergies! Coming off the back of our recent project award at block B32, we will begin a three-month deep-water survey at block B20/11 the location of the Golfinho and Cameia fields. Our state-of-the-art OBN platform, consisting of our Pearl Node and dual ROV-equipped SW Tasman, will lead this effort, supported by SW Gallien as a source vessel. We are proud to keep pushing new boundaries for ocean bottom seismic in West Africa. Stay tuned for updates!
