On Wednesday and Thursday 3 and 4 July, Fieldfisher Netherlands had the honour to welcome corporate/M&A senior associates from Fieldfisher offices from all over Europe to Amsterdam for the first edition of the annual Corporate/M&A Associates Event. The event kicked off with a course on the valuation of companies in M&A transactions hosted by Wim Holterman, professor of Business Valuation and Programme Director Executive Master of M&A and Valuation at Groningen University. After the course, the associates had the opportunity to get to know each other, while enjoying drinks and bites at the Fieldfisher Amsterdam bar. The day was concluded with a nice dinner in the city centre of Amsterdam. We want to thank Wim Holterman and everyone who joined the event and we're looking forward to the next edition! Vanaf begin vorig jaar heeft Fieldfisher Netherlands Amsterdam zich ingezet voor Stichting Matchis als onderdeel van ons wereldwijde initiatief One Firm Action Day. We hebben met z'n allen een prachtig bedrag van € 7.367 opgehaald, meer dan 200 potentiële stamceldonoren gebeld die hun aanmelding nog niet hadden voltooid en de statuten van Matchis gewijzigd. Als kers op de taart hebben wij afgelopen week een certificaat mogen overhandigen aan Jaap Dijkman directeur van Matchis.
