The 10th Beneficial Microbes Conference has come to an end. A big THANK YOU to all participants and exhibitors/media partners for taking part in this networking event par excellence. And our congratulations go to the winner of the Best Poster Award, Thibaut Maeyens (Research Group Environmental Ecology and Applied Microbiology, Department of Bioscience Engineering, University of Antwerp, Belgium) for his poster "Discovery of novel antimicrobial compounds by investigating the genetic potential of lactic acid bacteria".
