SALES DIRECTOR NETHERLANDS

Our client is one of the leading suppliers of high-quality cosmetics in the hairdressing industry, based in the Netherlands, who are looking to strengthen the sales team in their strategic home market with a brand-new role of Sales Director to help them drive the Netherlands team forward and realize their ambitious goals.





MISSION



Main activities:



• Achieving the set turnover target and associated KPIs.



• Manage, lead, motivate and coach the team consisting of 3 Sales Managers (direct reports), 18 Business Developers and 9 Education Employees;



• Developing strategic business plans and projects to take advantage of new business opportunities;



• Analyzing the market to strengthen the business' position;



• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to support overall business objectives;



• Maintaining strong relationships with Key accounts and developing new partnerships.





YOU - JOB REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS



An influential leader! Reporting to the General Manager Netherlands, as Sales Director, you must be decisive, problem-solving & influential to provide direction and guidance to the team.



• Excellent commercial and communication skills;



• Excellent leadership capabilities



• Strong analytical skills;



• Customer and results-oriented;



• Excellent command of the Dutch and English language.



• Relevant market experience (similar or comparable industry);



• At least 10 years of relevant experience;



• Minimum HBO working and thinking level.
