About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Specialist to join our Global Marketing team. As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for positioning and messaging our products and solutions to enhance our offering portfolio and address client needs effectively. You will collaborate with Platform experts, Solutions Consultants, and Marketing teams to develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies. This role plays a crucial part in sales enablement, in-platform marketing and product content creation.

Key responsibilities:

• Product Positioning: Develop compelling positioning for each product, solution, and feature for launch. Articulate how new offerings complement our existing portfolio and meet client needs.
• Product Messaging: Create messaging to communicate features and benefits across all marketing assets.
• GTM Launches: Build effective launch plans with your stakeholders and create all kinds of materials to support launches. Develop measurable objectives and optimize processes for each launch.
• Product Content: Develop a content plan based on quarterly global marketing objectives. Collaborate with Branding & Creative and Digital Marketing teams for content production and distribution.
• Project Management: Set, communicate, and maintain timelines and priorities across product marketing projects.
• Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships across the marketing group, Platform team, Solutions team, Solutions Consultants, and Sales.

This is a full-time role based in Rotterdam (NL), where the Global Marketing Team is based. He/she will report to the Global Marketing Manager.

What do we expect from you?

• You have 3+ years of experience in marketing and copywriting.
• Good project management skills. Ability to determine goals and priorities and to assess the actions, time, and resources needed to achieve those goals.
• Understands technology, tools and capabilities
• Experience in collaborating across an international stakeholder matrix, specifically with product owners and sales teams.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field
• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
• Highly motivated, energetic, self-starter, works effectively/efficiently.
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances (environment, procedures, people) and operate in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English.
