Reasoning behind this is that people have different needs than yours, so you need to cater to theirs instead of your own. Which in essence is 100% facts! And it makes sense because just as segmentation and personalization are key in delivering your message across in your platform, tailoring your message makes sure you reach your ideal customer and up your chances getting to targets. People including you and me want to feel heard, seen and understood. So when you are able to connect with your customers through valuable insights provided by your database and the consents that have been giving by the client, I believe we are having a win-win situation here. 🤝 ❔ Question: have you treated someone the way you like to be treated? 🌟 8 Critical Habits for Startup Founders: Insights from Conversations with Founders Over the past 1.5 years, Sander Peltenburg and I have been speaking with numerous founders to learn what they do to grow resilience, navigate setbacks, and sustain the drive to create success. From these conversations, we've gathered a wealth of valuable insights.  There are many habits and small tactics shared that made a significant difference in the entrepreneurial journeys of these founders. One founder clearly summarized he essence of adopting these habits:   "As a founder, you embark on a journey driven by an idea or personal passion. As the years unfold, you realize it's a long-haul commitment—easily up to 10 years— That woke me up to the need for change. You need a healthy rhythm and routines to ensure you get the best from yourself whilst remaining a positive influence to the people around you.." Here are the 8 habits frequently mentioned by founders: 1. Set Clear Daily Goals: Start each day with clarity on what you aim to accomplish. Define your key priority and what success looks like for you by day's end. 2. Check-In on Purpose and Drive: Monthly reflections on personal purpose, drive, and energy levels ensure alignment with your long-term goals and values. 3. Reflect and Learn: Regularly reflect on lessons learned, personal development, and progress towards (personal) goals. Whether daily or weekly: writing down insights helps maintain focus and fosters continuous learning. 4. Timeboxing: Reserve dedicated time slots for tasks and people throughout your day. Starting early to tackle critical tasks ("eating the frog") allows flexibility for unexpected priorities. 5. Take Time for Yourself: Schedule breaks to recharge and regain perspective. Whether it's a morning walk, meditation, or engaging in sports (like bouldering, padel or speedbiking, the founders know their fashionable sports), find out what works for you. 6. Practice Reframing: Shift from "can't do" to "how can we do?" This proactive mindset encourages creative problem-solving and minimizes negative thinking. 7. Stay challenged and engage with peers: Surround yourself with a strong support network. Having someone—whether a mentor, peers, or coach—to be challenged by or to lean on during challenging times is invaluable. 8. Stay Inspired: Continuously seek inspiration from various sources—books, podcasts, networking events, or discussions with other founders. Keeping your mind engaged and curious fuels creativity and motivation. Adopting these habits can transform your productivity and boost your ability to sustainably navigate the personal challenges of your entrepreneurial journey.
