As the Chief Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our hotel, both inside and out. Your expertise will be key in developing and implementing comprehensive maintenance plans, overseeing technical projects, and ensuring our facilities are always in top-notch condition. We're looking for someone • A degree or certificate in a relevant technical field. • Extensive knowledge in electricity, water, gas, and IT infrastructures. • Experience with IT-based building management systems. • A passion for hospitality; experience in luxury hospitality or the healthcare industry is preferred. • Knowledge of hotel technology such as lifts, fire alarm systems, security systems, and kitchen equipment. • Expertise in sustainability and environmental management. • A talent for identifying and implementing technical innovations. • Knowledge of workplace safety and legal regulations in the hotel industry. • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with guests, colleagues, and suppliers. • Flexibility and a readiness to be on call outside regular working hours as needed.
