Imagine if they made such a statement about any other group—there would be global outrage. But when it comes to Israel and the Jewish people, it seems anything goes, even telling us what we should or shouldn’t feel threatened by. Yesterday, as I was on my way to learn more about the events of October 7th, I looked up while waiting to cross the road and saw a picture of Eden Yerushalmi with the words: "Find me, okay?" We've become almost "used" to seeing the faces of people who, just 334 days ago, were strangers to us, and now we know them as if they were family. I am so sad knowing that we found her, but it was too late. It was revealed in the last hours that when her body was found her weight was 36kg, 79lb. She was starved for almost 11 months.
