Today marks the start of November, or rather, Movember, a month dedicated to spotlighting men’s mental and physical health. Celebrating Movember is traditionally done by growing moustaches to bring awareness to men’s increased risk of suicide as well as prostate and testicular cancer, but it’s also a chance for us at Trivium to explore what mental health truly means for the men in our community. We’re honoured to share personal stories, starting with Ibukun (KB) Kembi and Lee Healey, who opened up about the pressures men face growing up and the importance of seeking help and finding healthy outlets. Keep an eye on our feed throughout the month as we continue to highlight men’s mental health and promote wellness together. #WeContainWhatMatters #movember #menshealthmatters

Social impact is close to everyone’s hearts at Trivium. So often, our teams often put their own personal twist on it outside of their day-to-day work. A great example of this happened recently when fourteen of our team members in Beaurepaire chose to spend their team-building day participating in the 2024 MUDGIRL obstacle race in Lyon. The challenge itself is a 5km race focused on having fun and moving your body for a good cause and is part of the organiser's efforts to make a meaningful difference in the fight against breast cancer. Jessica Boulanger, HR Assistant, says: “The Beaurepaire Mudgirls had a fantastic time enjoying the chance to bond with colleagues outside of work while contributing to a meaningful cause.” #WeContainWhatMatters #socialimpact #team #obstaclerace
