Global Conference on Cyber Capacity Building (GC3B)

🔔 𝐒𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐞 🔔 The Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs FDFA, the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation and the Global Forum on Cyber Expertise (GFCE) are thrilled to officially announce the #GC3B25. It will take place a year from now on the: 📅 14-15 May 2025 📍 Geneva, Switzerland The second edition of the conference will build on the successes of the inaugural edition to further elevate discussions on #cyber #capacitybuilding onto the global governance agenda. The GC3B provides a platform for high-level leaders and experts to discuss how to enable #sustainabledevelopment and tackle the contemporary challenges brought about by cyberspace. The #GC3B25 will also review progress on the #AccraCall, sharing experiences and best practices. 🌐 Last week a GC3B session took place at Microsoft's European Cyber Agora #ECA24! It explored the intricacies of mainstreaming cyber resilience for development, including the difficulty of embedding #cybersecurity into development processes. The #GC3B's mission is to bridge this gap and translate this need for cybersecurity onto the agenda.
