Proud moment! 🌟 Recently, our talented UX researchers Charlene van Lieshout, Duncan Lorraine, and their colleague Hatice Kilicoglu had their work for Ministerie van Binnenlandse Zaken en Koninkrijksrelaties featured on rijksoverheid.nl. Their research examines the support needs of hard-to-reach groups, particularly the homeless and non-native speakers. These insights will help shape policies to better assist these vulnerable populations. 🏠🌍 It’s inspiring to see how our work directly influences government policy and improves support for those who need it most.  🙌 A special thanks to Anouschka Scholten and everyone involved in this great project! 👉 Curious about the findings? 🤩 Celebrating five amazing years with Sophie van Overeem at TTI! She started as a Digital Innovator, moved up to Lead Digital Innovator after two years, and now, almost two years as Manager of Lead Digital Innovators, Sophie leads a team of 18 with care and focus on quality. 🗣 Reflecting on her time here, Sophie shares, “5 years at The Talent Institute, what a ride! It’s incredible to see how fast time flies and how much I’ve learned along the way. From working on exciting innovation and digital transformation projects to facilitating GenAI workshops, each experience has been invaluable. I wouldn’t trade it for anything.” Over the past five years, Sophie has been an important part of TTI, helping us grow and shape our culture. Duncan Lorraine has been with us for almost 3.5 years, progressing from Digital Designer to Lead Digital Designer. 🙌 Yesterday, we hosted a comprehensive GenAI workshop at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners with over 100 participants, using Microsoft’s Copilot to dive deep into AI. In the workshop, we covered: 1️⃣ The Evolution of AI: From fundamental concepts to cutting-edge advancements. 2️⃣ Effective prompting: Crafting precise prompts to enhance AI outcomes. 3️⃣ Practical applications: Boosting marketing, content creation, data analysis, and more. We had a fantastic time at our team boat trip: great weather, good vibes, and of course, great company. 🌞🌊 We also had to say goodbye to our amazing Digital Innovators, Zoë van Lotringen and Gaby Ghusen. After two years of working on exciting projects here at the Talent Institute, Zoë is heading off to Barcelona to follow her dream, and Gaby is off to explore new opportunities.
