    We’re always looking for ways to enhance customer conversations. Recently, our client DHL asked if we could add a new functionality - and we’re excited to share that we have! It is now easy to set up A/B tests in your chatbot to discover what works best for you customers. Here’s an example: 🔍 Test A: Ask customers to enter their preferred delivery time using open text in the chatbot. 🔍 Test B: Use a multiple-choice format where customers can select their preferred delivery time from a list of common time slots. By testing both options simultaneously, you can quickly identify which method helps customers faster and more effectively. This eliminates the need for comparing results over different time periods, providing clear and consistent insights into the winning approach. Curious how this can boost your customer service?     Last Friday, we had another fantastic Seamly Social, this time at the office and warehouse of CB in Culemborg, one of our valued clients.
