New onboard at Qonqord! Hello, my name is Ramesh Yella, and I have joined Qonqord as a Business Process Consultant. I was born in India and have been living in the UK since 2006 with my family. My career in publishing began in India, where I worked part-time at an advertising agency while completing my degree in economics and acquiring IT skills. Over the past two decades, I have specialized in publishing technologies, solving customer challenges, and delivering innovative solutions. Throughout my career, I have held a variety of roles in Pre-sales, Technical Consulting, Professional Services, Project and Product Management, and Process Innovation. My passion for both publishing and IT technologies has driven me to pursue consulting roles where I can share my expertise and contribute to the success of the companies I work with and the clients I serve. Summer reading recommendation ☀️ Some colleagues are already back from their vacations, while many are just about to leave or have recently departed. Some are enjoying the beauty of the Netherlands, while others are flying around the world. Regardless, it's always nice to return recharged.   It's inspiring to see how everyone spends their vacation differently. From relaxing days at home to adventures in distant lands; our experiences reflect our diverse interests and shared passions.   Start with Why One of the books that has inspired us since last summer is "Start with Why" by Simon Sinek. This book explains why some people and organizations are more innovative and successful by starting with their 'Why' – their core mission and driving force. Summer is a great time to reflect on this for yourself, but also for your company.   The golden circle: The "Golden Circle" model consists of three layers:   - Why: the purpose, the reason the organization exists. - How: the values or principles that distinguish the organization. - What: the products or services the organization offers.   At Qonqord, we always start with our "Why". Our mission is to make companies work more efficiently by optimizing and automating workflows. We believe that a good workflow not only saves time, money, and resources but also provides room for creativity and growth.   The Importance of Why: According to Sinek, a clear "Why" gives meaning to the work and creates a deeper connection with employees and customers. The limbic system, which controls emotions and behavior, corresponds with the "Why" and "How". This part of the brain is responsible for decisions and has no capacity for language. This is why we often feel "instinctively" drawn to certain ideas and leaders.   "Start with Why" urges companies to focus on their "Why" to create loyalty and inspiration.
