🙌 Team news! In June, Nicolas Theobald joined our team as an Investment Analyst. Nico graduated with a Master´s in Finance and CEMS International Management from ESADE & SSE. After gaining experience in investment banking at DZ BANK and ParkView Partners, as well as strategy consulting at Roland Berger, he is ready to fill this dynamic position within Pride. "I am really looking forward to working with our passionate team and ambitious entrepreneurs. This year, our team day was nothing short of amazing as we gathered in beautiful Amsterdam for a day filled with fun, laughter, and team bonding. 🏐⛳   It was great to relax and have fun with our team members who joined us from the Cologne, Copenhagen and Amsterdam offices. We are grateful for the opportunity to meet up and strengthen our connections through a team-building event 🙌.   Looking forward to more memorable moments together! 

Reflecting on our 3rd successful Management Inspiration Day! The event which is organized for management members of our portfolio companies was a great opportunity for sharing experiences and discussing business topics. 🎤 We were privileged to hear from Rob Verbeek - Arcus IT Group who shared his exit journey and collaboration with Pride, Michael Ambros - eKomi - The Feedback Company, who offered his best practices and Jan Willem Friso who provided valuable insights from an investors perspective. 💡The breakout sessions created an interactive environment where everyone could share their ideas and seek best practices. We delved into topics like gaining insights into value drivers and decision-making KPIs, organizing for scalability, balancing sales and marketing growth with EBITDA, and exploring the reasons and best practices for acquisitions. The day ended with a boat tour and dinner, providing the perfect setting for continued networking and reflection.
