✨ Building Resilience: Sohrab Hosseini’s Path from Early Ventures to AI Impact. ✨ In our latest PlayPod episode, Michael & Sharon sat down with Sohrab Hosseini, co-founder of orq.ai, to chat about his entrepreneurial journey and how his company has evolved. Born in Iran and growing up in Rotterdam, Sohrab’s path took him from early wins in tech to the tough challenge of rebuilding after a business collapse. But his resilience and adaptability led him to where he is today with orq.ai. Sohrab highlighted how crucial it is to have fine-tuned control over processes, especially when working with large clients who have all kinds of specific needs - from formal tones to niche industry jargon. This flexibility has been key to orq’s success. Looking at the bigger picture, Sohrab pointed out that every company is now going through a transformation, much like the shifts we saw with the internet, mobile tech, and big data. He made it clear that just adding new tech isn’t enough; it’s about retraining teams and making these tools accessible to everyone in the organization. This episode ended with Sohrab asking a question to the next guest: "What was your lowest point, and how did you come out stronger?" 👀 Catch the full episode here: https://lnkd.in/eDwPZ2KQ

    ☸️ Co-founder Orq.ai - Generative AI Collaboration Platform

Building and shipping AI Products is a team effort. That has been one of the guiding principles that have shaped the vision that Anthony Diaz and I have for our orq.ai platform. It’s not (only) about streamlining workflows for software engineers. It’s about democratizing access to Generative AI for everyone in an organization and mobilize them in the current technological wave. Cross-functional teams must all feel empowered to participate in the transformative power of Generative AI, whether they know how to code or not. Yes, software developers are a core part of the Generative AI development process. But domain experts and product managers also play a critical role at every stage of the LLMOps workflow: Domain experts are key players who step in to evaluate, correct, and improve AI-generated responses. They identify edge cases to iterate on or add to datasets for future experiments Product teams monitor the performance, quality, feedback and costs of AI systems and suggest iterations on the product to maximize its success Both domain experts and product teams are critical to optimizing and refining AI systems. For us, the magic of LLMOps is not the AI system itself.  It’s about enabling teams to work side-by-side and build Generative AI solutions together. #GenAI #LLM  #LLMops #GenerativeAI

    ☸️ Co-founder Orq.ai - Generative AI Collaboration Platform

“We need to build AI co-pilots that our customers can use to improve user experience.” This is one of the most common use cases we hear at Orq from SaaS leaders using our platform to build Generative AI solutions. More and more SaaS companies are feeling pressure from users and investors to start infusing their products with AI and ramp up the overall user experience they get from your product. However, companies must strike a balance between: 1. Shipping features fast to satisfy customer demand and remain relevant AND 2. Building sustainable LLM-powered systems that keep you in control of your AI Building anything customer-facing with Generative AI is not to be taken lightly. The slightest LLM Ops mistake can cause your AI to hallucinate, leading your brand to join the ranks of the known front-page stories and others whose AI chatbots and co-pilots need no introduction. Moral of the story? SaaS teams must layer their products with AI.  But the solution is not to settle for non-native AI dev tooling - the risk is too high. Use development tools made for LLMOps - so you can stay in control of your AI… Instead of your AI controlling you. #GenAI #LLM  #LLMops #GenerativeAI

“Copilots are easier for SaaS companies to start with than autopilots.” 💡 This was one of the key takeaways shared by Sohrab Hosseini (Co-founder, orq.ai) at Microsoft's ScalingLab "Roadmap to AI-infused B2B SaaS Solutions". At the event, Sohrab shared his thoughts on why SaaS companies are investing in AI, highlighting that co-pilots: • are easier to control since their output is vetted by a human ✅ • do not require complex orchestration between multiple agents ✅ • enable teams to automate laborious tasks ✅ Sohrab also discussed the role that data quality plays in the development of copilots, emphasizing the importance of solid data structuring and classification in order to maximize a copilot’s performance. 📝 Do you agree? ☸️ Co-founder Orq.ai - Generative AI Collaboration Platform

Over the last six months, I have met with over 250 founders, CTOs, CPOs, and business leaders to discuss the importance of building Generative AI solutions with proper foundational tooling. One of the most important takeaways is that companies worldwide clearly understand that Generative AI is not just a trendy topic. AI is here to stay, and only those companies that are able to transform stand a chance to survive and capitalize on the new wave of technology. That said, roughly 90% of business and technology leaders I've spoken to underestimate the steep learning curve for organizations to build and ship software with Generative AI. A successful AI transformation is not about patching together the latest tools to improve legacy systems or automating repetitive tasks with AI. True, scalable AI transformation involves addressing people, processes, and technology. Each requires different things across company maturity levels. It requires a clear understanding that building Generative AI solutions (like AI chatbots) to reduce client friction requires a different level of company maturity than what is needed to restructure internal team processes with AI for better productivity.  It also demands that organizations plan ahead to manage this transformation. The amount of safety, security, and guardrails needed for external-facing solutions is significantly higher. Makeshift AI tooling doesn't help your company in the long run, especially as you plan to transition your organization from one Generative AI maturity level to another in the coming years. Enterprises must procure scalable LLMOps tooling that helps teams manage change and stay in control of AI systems as they scale. Streamlined collaboration across silos and the inclusion of domain experts throughout the entire lifecycle should also not be forgotten. Otherwise, you'll be stuck with a patchwork of tools that are built in-house or poorly integrated and can't handle the demands of your organization's AI systems in the coming years. #GenAI #LLM  #LLMops #GenerativeAI

"SaaS founders need to remove friction for their users."💡 Building AI copilots to eliminate user friction is a hot topic Sohrab Hosseini (Co-founder, orq.ai) touched on at "Roadmap to AI-infused B2B SaaS Solutions" hosted by Microsoft's ScalingLab. 💻 During the talk, Sohrab discussed the benefits of AI for SaaS companies, explaining how SaaS leaders are shifting to building customer-facing AI copilots that enable their end-users to: • Manage unwanted friction from bugs or issues ✅ • Automate boring, repetitive tasks ✅ • Simplify user onboarding by shortening learning curves ✅ • Boost product adoption and retention ✅ Sohrab Hosseini also discussed other common use cases for AI copilots in SaaS companies, such as fusing them into core internal processes to improve overall team productivity. 👨💻👩💻 Know other common use cases for AI copilots in SaaS companies?
