𝗠𝗶𝗳𝗮 𝗕𝗲𝗱𝗿𝗶𝗷𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗼𝗼𝗶 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 Op 24 mei vond de tweede editie van het Mifa Bedrijventoernooi plaats bij SV Venray, waar Mifa sinds vorig voetbalseizoen trotse hoofdsponsor is. Het toernooi was wederom een groot succes, en we kijken terug op een geslaagde en sportieve dag. Samen met de sponsoren van SV Venray en de maakbedrijven uit Venlo en omgeving (Land van de Makers) hebben we onze 𝘵𝘦𝘤𝘩𝘯𝘪𝘴𝘤𝘩𝘦 voetbal skills laten zien. 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲: 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗘𝗥𝗣 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗶𝗳𝗮 𝗔𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘂𝗺 A few weeks ago, we successfully launched our new ERP system. The implementation of the new ERP system is a significant step in the further professionalisation of Mifa and helps us work even more efficiently and effectively. Our team of key users and consultants, in collaboration with Skopos , Fellowmind and Phact { Innovator of Things }, has worked hard over the past 18 months to transition the ERP system of Mifa Aluminium and Mifa Surface Treatment to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O) combined with Outsystems as a low-code platform. 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲 𝗮𝗮𝗻 𝗙𝗼𝗻𝘁𝘆𝘀 𝗩𝗲𝗻𝗹𝗼 Met trots delen wij mede dat Mifa een innovatieve donatie heeft gedaan aan de Fontys Venlo University of Applied Sciences. De donatie betreft een collaboratieve robot die geschikt is voor diverse industrieën en die wordt ingezet om samen te werken met mensen. Enkele voordelen van dergelijke cobots zijn onder andere een snelle installatie, eenvoudige programmeerbaarheid en de mogelijkheid om veilig naast personen in een productieomgeving te werken. Fontys kan deze robot op verschillende manieren inzetten voor educatieve doeleinden ten behoeve van technische studenten. Zo heeft onze collega Erno Schouren enkele jaren geleden gestudeerd aan de Fontys in Venlo, én is hij betrokken geweest bij de ontwikkeling van de cobot. Hij is trots om namens de R&D-afdeling deze robot te kunnen schenken. Op onze Research & Development-afdeling staat innovatie dagelijks centraal.
