Revolutionizing Microfabrication with Precision Laser Printing for Tomorrow’s Electronics with reduced E-waste.

Over ons

Founded in 2019 in Eindhoven as a spin-off from TNO Holst Centre who started the project in 2012. Keiron Technologies (30 FTE) is pioneering next-generation microfabrication with its Industrial Lift Printer and Laser Induced Forward Transfer (LIFT) technology. This innovative approach to precision laser printing is transforming industries such as semiconductors, healthcare, and automotive by enhancing efficiency, sustainability, and flexibility in production processes. Keiron’s mission is to empower engineers and manufacturers through advanced printing solutions, positioning itself as a leader in printed and flexible electronics. The goal is to revolutionize electronics production with high-speed, high-precision equipment, enabling the manufacturing of complex, miniaturized components rapidly and effectively. The Industrial Lift Printer offers unmatched precision, achieving micron-level accuracy and allowing for versatile printing on various surfaces and materials. Operating at speeds 20 times faster than traditional methods—up to 10 meters per second—this technology is invaluable across multiple sectors. In semiconductors, LIFT enables the creation of intricate circuits, while in healthcare, it integrates electronics into microfluidic devices essential for biosensors. As vehicles become increasingly digital, Keiron's technology also supports advanced automotive sensors and control systems. Strategic partnerships within the Eindhoven High-Tech ecosystem, including collaborations with TNO Holst Centre, provide Keiron access to cutting-edge resources and a global network, amplifying their innovative reach. Despite market education challenges, the rising demand for flexible electronics and sustainable manufacturing presents significant opportunities for Keiron, driving innovation while focusing on sustainability and scalability.
