Supporting client projects all over the globe with versatile shipping like no other! This is HLV Fairplayer - seen here fully loaded in Singapore and ready to set sail! On board are five C4 import storage bullets, each weighing 565 tonnes and measuring 47.8 x 9.2 x 11.5 metres. These heavy bullets were expertly loaded and secured in Zhangjiagang, China, and shipped swiftly to Antwerp, Belgium. Before heading to Europe, the crew made a stop in Singapore to load two Farra Marine Limited Crew Transfer Vessels (CTVs). Notably, one of these vessels is stowed on a unique modular weather platform, optimising our deck space. The CTVs were safely delivered to Southampton, ready to support a new offshore renewable energy project. Thanks to our loyal clients deugro and @peters&may for entrusting us with this heavy cargo. 💪 HLCV Fairplayer recently completed the subsea removal of two monopiles from the #Yunlin Offshore Wind Farm. (See the removal video below👇) The contract represented an extension of Jumbo's scope of work on the transport and installation of TPs for the project. Mobilised for her task in Singapore, the Fairplayer set sail for Taiwan where, with the aid of a Claxton Engineering Services Ltd. cutting tool, she quickly removed the monopiles, cutting them into four pieces and ultimately offloading them onto SPMTs for disposal. ⚓ We are delighted that YOUNG KVNR hosted its first event at our Schiedam HQ office last Thursday, 12 September. As a #maritime company, we are closely involved with the KVNR | Royal Association of Netherlands Shipowners organisation and its activities. We are particularly pleased that they selected our HQ to host their very first YOUNG KVNR event. Over 100 young professionals from many different companies in the maritime industry made the trip to our office in Schiedam to participate in this successful event. We hope to see you again at the next meeting, which will certainly be as successful as this one. We want to thank the YOUNG KVNR organisation for the pleasant cooperation.
