♻ It is Upcycling day! To celebrate, we zoom into one of our rescued ingredients from okara 🔎 🥛 🌱Okara is a co-product from the production of soymilk and tofu and is rich in fibre and protein. We had the privilege of showcasing our innovative upcycled ingredients and circular food solutions to Her Majesty Queen Maxima of the Netherlands. 🌟 Last week we had an absolute blast as we teamed up with the Unilever Food Solutions Supply Chain Team to dive into some serious brainstorming on reducing unavoidable waste. And what better timing than on #StopFoodWaste day! 🌍 For us at Greencovery, this session was truly enlightening, giving us the opportunity to gain valuable insights into the waste challenges they tackle daily. In returned we presented some ideas on how we could support with some innovative solutions to combat food waste and loss 💡 !
