From growers to retailers, Everspring’s new identity focuses on making the floral business more reliable, accessible, transparent, and sustainable. Check out a fresh look with a nature-inspired palette, punchy copy, and a custom website that’s built to grow alongside the brand.     This is how we boosted CTR by 56% and achieved a 17% Placed Order Rate in one Quarter for an Ecommerce brand Clay And Glow, a leader in the skincare industry 🎀 By optimizing the zero-party data strategy, we overcame several challenges and made real changes to how they approach emails. Clay And Glow helps visitors find the right products through a skin quiz, but they faced some obstacles: 🔹 Limited use of data from the quiz in email flows 🔹 Data collection limited to a small portion of their audience who took the quiz 🔹 Emails were not focusing enough on education Here are 3 things that made all the difference: 1️⃣ Enhanced Data Collection: We collected preferences through every signup form and embedded 1-click surveys in emails. This enabled us to segment users more effectively and implement powerful personalization strategies. 2️⃣ Refined Content for Each Segment: We showed each segment only the most relevant tips, reviews, and UGC.     We partnered with Stieglitz, a bold fashion brand, to support their next phase of growth, including expansion into new markets. Our goal was to create a visually engaging new website that screams 'Stieglitz' and an email marketing strategy that helps build deeper connections with customers and a true community 🧡 For the website, we focused on two key elements: a simplified, faster user experience and an inspiration-driven design that brings Stieglitz’s bold collections to life digitally. The custom Shopify 2.0 theme is interactive, engaging, and fully shoppable, making it irresistible to shoppers while also being optimized for for strong search/localisation performance. This gave Stieglitz the perfect platform to attract and retain international shoppers. On the email front, we developed a strategy focused on visual storytelling, with automation doing the heavy lifting. Our email flows are on-brand, personalised, and optimised for conversion. The result: 👉  Revenue increase from email flows (YOY): +326% 👉 Website conversion rate (YOY): +19% 👉 Time spent on website management: -30%
