Our team will conduct initial studies and tests to determine the feasibility and safety of capturing and storing CO2 emissions from a pharmaceutical plant in Visakhapatnam. Supporting a major new European CO2 highway project 🌍 We are carrying out a comprehensive ground investigation off the coast of Belgium for Equinor’s groundbreaking new CO2 highway. This project is part of a 1,000 km pipeline connecting mainland Europe and Norway, bringing large scale CO2 storage to European industry 🌐 To successfully deliver this project it’s vital to capture reliable and detailed Geo-data as efficiently as possible. This is where we come in; acquiring high quality data to quickly calculate ground risk and reduce uncertainty for its development. 🚢📦 Our new Blue Amp® electric remotely operated vehicle (eROV) has reached a major milestone having been shipped from Nootdorp in the Netherlands to Foxes Marina in Ipswich care of SEA-KIT International. This advanced eROV is joining our flagship 18 m uncrewed surface vessel (USV), the Blue Eclipse®. Blue Amp®, the most advanced eROV ever developed by Fugro, is designed for exceptional underwater surveys and precise data collection. It enables simultaneous dual multibeam and pipe tracking, as well as efficient digital stills collection of our clients’ assets. Capable of operating up to 1,000 metres free flying or 500 meters when tethered to the Blue Eclipse®, it also allows for longer operations in rougher seas maintaining pinpoint location accuracy. Additionally, Blue Amp® can be used as a standalone setup significantly enhancing our operational capabilities and delivering innovative, cutting-edge solutions tailored to our clients' needs.
