Our mission is to close the equality gap in the workforce. As a leading data provider on diversity and equality, we enable responsible investors to make informed decisions. Equileap evaluates companies based on a broad set of diversity & inclusion criteria measuring 19 gender equality criteria, as well as 5 additional criteria on race & ethnicity and LGBTQ+, in the workplace. Our evaluation is based on various metrics including gender balance across the workforce, the gender pay gap, paid parental leave, anti-sexual harassment policies, gender discrimination controversies, race & ethnicity discrimination controversies, support for gender-diverse employees, and others. In addition, Equileap publishes regular research reports on the status of equality within companies to increase awareness and support companies in their practices as they address all types of discrimination. Billions of dollars of assets under management are based on Equileap data throughout the world.

It's Halloween, and we look back at some spooky facts and figures from our 2024 Gender Equality Reports that will give you the chills. 😱🎃 Our #GERR revealed haunting realities in both developed and emerging markets: 👻 Only 38% of companies publish gender pay data in emerging markets, compared to the even lower 33% in developed markets. 🕯️ Only 11% of companies offer equal paid leave to both parents in developed markets. 🕸 Only 32 out of 3,795 companies in developed markets achieved gender balance at all levels. 🫣 Only 12% of all companies in developed markets report a gender category other than «men/women». We’re thrilled to see our data support meaningful analysis and decisions for both employers and employees, leading the way for more inclusive workplaces! A new S&P Global and AARP report includes Equileap data on corporate paid parental leave and family care policies in publicly listed companies in the US.
