Concrete’s Innovative Spatial Planning and Progressive Design Capture the Vibrant Essence of Marylebone. The BoTree, a five-star hotel in London's upscale Marylebone, merges luxury with the area's neighborhood charm. Designed by Concrete Amsterdam, the hotel features 199 rooms and suites, The BoTree Bar, and a welcoming lobby. The design emphasizes craftsmanship, nature, and Marylebone's floral lifestyle, reflecting the vibrant local community. The lobby, resembling a contemporary conservatory, offers a warm, intimate check-in experience with plenty of plants and comfortable seating. The space is adorned with warm-toned glass panels and a dynamic art installation showcasing local artists' works. The BoTree Bar captures the spirit of central London with a dynamic, peacock-inspired design, featuring a vibrant color palette and luxurious materials. The illuminated ceiling and eclectic artifacts enhance the bar's inviting atmosphere. The guestrooms and suites, inspired by Marylebone's floral lifestyle, offer flexible, luxurious spaces for both leisure and work. Each room features custom headboards and thoughtful details, while suites provide expansive, interconnected areas with stunning city views. Overall, The BoTree offers a meticulously curated experience celebrating the essence of Marylebone. Concrete bouwt met Moos het hoogste modulaire CLT woongebouw in Nederland. Prefab circulaire woningen voor een groene en sociale woonrevolutie. Gebouw O in het project Brasa Village is het hoogste flex-wonen project van Nederland. Het circulaire woongebouw in Amsterdam Zuidoost, is het vijfde Moos project dat wordt gerealiseerd. In 2023 is Moos Euterpe in Maasland opgeleverd en worden op dit moment Appelweg Amsterdam en Kalkbranderij Amstelveen gebouwd. Brasa Village  Het totale Brasa Village project omvat ruim 10 gebouwen waarbij in de komende jaren circa 500 woningen worden gerealiseerd. Concrete en Moos hebben voor dit project gebouw O en gebouw M2 ontworpen. Gebouw O omvat 105 appartementen en een gemeenschappelijke ruimte, verdeeld over maximaal acht verdiepingen, gerealiseerd in opdracht van woningcorporatie Rochdale. Gebouw M2, gebouwd in opdracht van woningcorporatie Eigen Haard, bestaat uit vier verdiepingen en biedt plaats aan 40 appartementen. Gebouw O  Gebouw O kenmerkt zich als een solitair gebouw direct gelegen aan de dreef en het Brasapark. Het gebouw plooit zich met zijn twee bouwdelen in een L-vorm rondom de locatie. Prominent op het hoogste bouwdeel komt een unieke mural die deze plek markeert en een weerspiegeling zal zijn van de locatie. Het sociale hart van het gebouw wordt gevormd door de gemeenschappelijke ‘woonkamer’ op een prominente plek op de begane grond in de elleboog van het gebouw. Dat wordt versterkt door het samenbrengen van de entree functie, de belangrijkste looplijnen en de gemeenschappelijke buitenruimte tussen de twee bouwdelen rondom de woonkamer.
