𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: We implemented a Digital Integration Hub (DIH) based on Gartner’s model to make SAP part of the new digital ecosystem. This approach allowed Centrica to easily exchange data with SAP and adapt to digital transformation initiatives.
