We've launched an e-learning course on responsible sourcing and completed our company child labour risk assessment and audits to safeguard human rights 🤗 Labour: We reduced Health & Safety incidents by 10% in 2023 and achieved an 84% response rate in our Organisational Health Index survey. We're committed to a safe, healthy work environment and offer comprehensive training for all our employees 🌟 Environment: Our Energy Conservation Task Force reduced energy use by 10%. We've launched projects to cut our carbon footprint and hosted workshops to raise environmental awareness 🌱 Governance: We enforce strict anti-corruption policies and maintain high ethical standards. For our actions in 2023, AMMEGA has been awarded in 2024 a Gold Medal by EcoVadis, placing our company in the top 5% of all companies assessed. The score went up from 75 to 78 points, actually placing our company in the top 2%. Future Leaders 2, our intensive two-year leadership programme, is tailored for (future) managers at AMMEGA across the globe. Building on the success of its first edition, the programme is designed to empower our future leaders through hands-on experience and dynamic learning opportunities. Participants lead their own group projects, gaining practical insights that prepare them for real-world leadership scenarios 🌐 Through coaching from external coaches, and strong peer and line-managers support, every participant receives invaluable guidance throughout their leadership journey 🤝 The Future Leaders 2 programme combines outdoor and indoor sessions, interactive online workshops, and personalized coaching. Lately, the cohort has met in San Francesco al Campo in Italy to learn conflict resolution strategies by playing rugby. They recognized that an effective leader’s job is to create a sense of belonging into their teams and that acceptance can’t be taken – it is granted by others.
