#LagosDigitalPRSummit I had an incredible time at the 9th Lagos Digital PR Summit today! The speakers were exceptional, and the discussions around the theme—Nurturing Authentic Connections in Digital Ecosystems—were truly insightful. Mrs. Comfort Obot Nwankwo, in her opening remarks, emphasized that communications has evolved beyond just crafting compelling messages—your actions must now align with your messaging. Mr. Adetokunbo Modupe reminded us not to rely too heavily on AI. While it can enhance our work, it's crucial to remain original, think critically, and ensure our content stays plagiarism-free. Persuasive communication is key! Mr. O'tega Ogra, FCIM dived deep into the essentials of building authentic connections, sharing valuable lessons: • The law of perception (people trust what feels real) • The naval rule (trust is one of your most valuable assets) • The power of emotional intelligence (speak to hearts, not screens) • Strategic vulnerability (turning weaknesses into strengths, making you more relatable) • Long-term authenticity over short-term wins (true power is in nurturing relationships over time) I almost asked Mr. O'tega Ogra, FCIM if he ever feels like he has the toughest job in Nigeria these days! 😊 It's always a pleasure to see Teams The Comms Avenue Nigerian Women in PR Lagos NIPR My learning journey continues, have a great evening, Fam 🤗 #LagosDigitalPRSummit #DigitalPR2024 #DigitalEcosystems #PRInnovation #LagosEvents #NurturingConnections #DigitalTransformation #CorporateCommunications #CommunicationsConsultant #BrandPerception #PublicRelations
